1. Do you have adequate insurance? Believe it or not most policies don’t cover the item being worked on (your oven). A copy of our specialist cleaning insurance is available on request.

2. Will you provide a written quotation that includes everything such as bulbs and baking trays? You don’t want to agree a price on the phone only to have loads of extras added when they arrive at your home.

3. How long have you been cleaning ovens? We have been cleaning ovens since 2010 and in that time an awful lot of businesses started up in the industry, only to fail within 18 months or so. Make sure you get an experienced, trained, professional.

4. Can I see written testimonials from happy clients? We have hundreds of these. You are welcome to see the originals.

5. Will you use toxic or caustic chemicals in my home? We will only ever bring non toxic, non caustic, child and pet friendly products into your home.

6. Do you offer a guarantee? Every cleaning company should be accountable for its work and if you aren’t happy you shouldn’t have to pay. All guarantees should be in writing.

7. Is your address and landline number displayed on your stationery or website? You will find many oven cleaners publish no address and only provide a mobile phone number. If you have a problem with the quality of the work or if they damage your property in some way you will never be able to find them.
