Don’t hire any cleaning company without asking these 7 questions
1. Do you have adequate insurance including cover for the item being worked on? Believe it or not most policies don’t cover the item being worked on. Ask to see a copy of the certificate (ours is available on request).
2. Will you provide an all inclusive, written quotation that includes everything? You don’t want to agree a price over the phone, just to have
a load of extras added once the company arrives in your home.
3. What accreditations or qualifications do you have? We have been providing professional cleaning services since 2010 and have IICRC accreditation. NCCA is also acceptable. Make sure you get an experienced, trained, professional.
4. Can I see written testimonials from happy clients? We have hundreds of these, some of which can be found on this website. All of them have given us permission to use them in our marketing, and we would be happy to show you the originals.
5. Will you only use eco-friendly, non-toxic products in my home? All of our carpet and upholstery solutions are enzyme free, detergent free and eco-friendly. When we clean ovens we do not use caustic or toxic products in your home. Give us a call if you have any questions on this complex issue.
6. Do you offer a guarantee? Every cleaning company should be fully accountable for its work. And if you aren’t pleased with the job in every way, you shouldn’t have to pay for it – End Of! Not everyone offers a guarantee. Or, if they do, the guarantee may be “limited.” Ask the oven company if they offer a moneyback guarantee and then make it’s printed on the written quotation.
7. Do you include your trading address and landline number on your website and stationary? If you receive a poor service it’s crucial you can hold the company concerned accountable. If they only provide a mobile number and no address AVOID!
