If the protector has been applied within the last 12 months we guarantee to remove most regular spots and stains, and greatly improve all others. If your carpet is not protected we can only promise to “treat” the stain, not completely remove it.

We are so confident in our carpet and upholstery protection solutions that we offer a 12 month “Spot and Spill” limited warranty with all protected items. If you cannot remove the spill with your “Professional Spot & Stain Remover” then call us within 24 hours of the accident. We will send a technician out as soon as possible – no charge! If the spot or spill cannot be removed we will refund the money you paid us to apply the protector.*
